Ron Warner

Ron is our Lead Mechanic, with over 30 years experience in repairing and adjusting electrical and mechanical equipment, and 15 years in marine repair, maintenance and operation.  Ron operated Residential Marine Services from 1994 until joining NIB.  He also has shipwright experience, has worked for Vessel Assist, and is licensed with the US Coast Guard as a 100 Ton Master with a Towing Endorsement.  If you can break it, Ron can probably fix it!

Chris Lindberry

Chris is a Marine Technician specializing in diesel engines.  Chris is our main man when it comes to diesel repowers and system upgrades.

Chris Canniff

Chris has worked the last eleven years in the marine industry. Seven of those years were as a seasonal deckhand and general maintenance worker aboard gill netters in Alaska. His time at sea has given him a real appreciation of what vessel preparation and sea-worthiness is all about. More recently, he has another four years working as an installer and outfitter with Pacific Mariner and Nordic Tugs where he earned his ABYC marine electricians certification.

Terry Mills

Terry is a Marine Technician specializing in Mercury outboards and MerCruiser engines.  He also does a lot of work with Volvo engines and stern drives, Yahama and Evinrude outboards, and all other outboard models.

Gabe McCort

Gabe is a Marine Technician specializing in diesel engine repair.  He is a graduate of Bellingham Technical College with a degree in Diesel Engine Trade and has experience in marine fabrication as well.
