Ken "Boz" Bosworth

Ken "Boz" Bosworth, Yard and Carpentry Manager, started with North Island Boat in 1990. During his tenure with North Island Boat, Boz has managed all aspects of the carpentry activity of North Island Boat.  Boz holds a Masters degree in Human Relations. Prior to moving to the Pacific Northwest in 1979, he managed a wilderness camp in northern Minnesota. He has worked in the marine carpentry business since 1986, and is a well-respected shipwright. He is a master craftsman, having extensive expertise in wooden boat restoration.

Charlie Barr

Charlie brings his 20 years of experience painting cars and working in a body shop to his role at NIB as our Structural Supervisor. Charlie won Rookie of the Year at Skagit Speedway in 1998 in the dirt stock car class and does a great job for us as well.

Ryan "Woody" Woodruff

Woody is on our fiberglass/structural team.  He works on fiberglass and gelcoat repairs, bottom painting and brightwork.

Brandon Brown

Brandon is another member of our fiberglass/structural team.  He does bottom painting and assists the technical staff in a variety of areas.
